Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about buying, selling, and shipping sports cards at Sportscards.

How do you ensure the condition of the cards during shipping?

We take card protection seriously. All individual cards are shipped in a penny sleeve and a rigid top-loader or semi-rigid holder. For high-value items, we use cardboard 'sandwiches' and bubble mailers to prevent any bending or impact damage during transit.

Are the cards you sell professionally graded?

We offer both raw and professionally graded cards. Graded cards will clearly state the grading company (such as PSA, BGS, or SGC) and the numerical grade in the product title and description. Raw cards are inspected by our experts and given an estimated condition range.

What is your return policy on sealed wax boxes?

To maintain the integrity of our inventory and prevent 'pack searching,' all sales of sealed boxes, cases, and packs are final. We only accept returns if the item received does not match the description or was damaged during shipping.

Do you offer combined shipping for multiple auction wins?

Yes! If you purchase multiple items within a 24-hour period, we automatically combine shipping at checkout to save you money. For large bulk orders, please contact our support team for a custom shipping quote.

How can I verify the authenticity of an autograph?

Every autographed card sold on Sportscards is either certified by the manufacturer (e.g., Topps, Panini) or accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) from a reputable third-party authenticator like JSA, PSA/DNA, or Beckett.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For high-value transactions over $5,000, we also offer bank wire transfer options.
